Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! This school year marks my 5th year as an English teacher in the Penn-Trafford School District and my 7th year as an English teacher overall. I am a 2018 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania where I majored in Secondary English Education and minored in Special Education. Prior to arriving at Penn-Trafford, I spent two years teaching 8th grade English Language Arts in the Hollidaysburg Area School District. In the summer of 2022, I was hired by Penn-Trafford to teach 6th grade ELA at Penn Middle School. After spending two years teaching at Penn Middle School, I moved to Penn-Trafford High School at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. 

 

Overall, while my main job is to impart English-related knowledge to my students, I also hope to make a positive difference in their lives and help prepare them to become productive members of society.
