Three Penn-Trafford seniors have been awarded scholarships from the Americanization Mutual Society (AMS) of South Greensburg.
The AMS Club annually offers scholarships to high school students who reside in Westmoreland County. This year's scholarship essay topic, “Italian Contributions to America,” highlighted the lasting impact of Italian heritage and culture on the nation.
The scholarship is open to students of all nationalities, reflecting the organization's belief that all cultures contribute to the strength and diversity of America. Essays are evaluated by the club's impartial board.
Penn-Trafford School District congratulates its scholarship recipients and thanks the AMS Club for supporting the educational goals of local students.
