Penn-Trafford Students Attend PMEA Junior High District Chorus Festival

Penn-Trafford School District was represented by four students at the PMEA Junior High District Chorus Festival on Friday, February 28th, at Keystone Oaks High School. The event was conducted under the leadership of Victor C. Johnson, a highly regarded arranger, composer, and conductor.

Penn Middle seventh-graders Lydia Truschel and Molly Kessler and Penn-Trafford High School ninth-graders Lauren Veyo and Sydney DeRiggi joined more than 100 other students across the region to participate in the festival, which provided an opportunity for young vocalists to collaborate and perform in a high-level choral setting.

The festival showcased the dedication and talent of young musicians, offering them a valuable educational and performance experience under the guidance of an esteemed conductor.
