The Penn-Trafford School Board and Administration has announced the Students of the Month for February 2024. The students attended the February 5th School Board meeting where they were each introduced by their school’s principal and presented a certificate of achievement.
(Elementary)
Mia Dobransky is a 5th-grade student at Harrison Park Elementary. Mr. Jeff Swartz, principal, commended Mia for her strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and positive attitude.
(Middle School)
Elijah Kreidler is an 8th-grade student at Trafford Middle School. He was introduced by Mr. Roger Sullivan, principal. He recognized Elijah for being an excellent student, being active in many extracurricular activities, and showing kindness to his peers.
(High School)
Dr. Amy Horvat, assistant principal, chose to recognize the members of the inaugural Unified Bocce Team as “team of the month.” Recipients include Joshua Boss, Emma Chamberlin, Emma Jones, Garrett Meyers, Kaylee Meyers, Allyson Paulone, Jessica Paulone, and Kaitlyn Woy. Hovat commended the team for demonstrating positivity and inclusivity.
