Penn-Trafford Hosts ‘Great Debate’

Penn-Trafford High School hosted students from Franklin Regional, Greensburg Salem and Burrell High Schools on Wednesday, October 25th for a Public Forum Debate.  The event gave underclassmen the opportunity to debate, while upperclassmen served as judges.

In one spirited match, the 9th-grade team of Josh Maust and Alex Serapiglia defeated Franklin Regional, arguing that the Federative Republic of Brazil should not prioritize its environmental protection over its economic development.
