The Art Club of Penn-Trafford High School took part in a PennDOT promotion called “Paint the Plow.” Art teacher and club advisor Mrs. Christeleit reached out to PennDOT last summer about participating, and a plow was delivered to the school on September 7. Approximately 15 students then designed and created original artwork on the plow which showcases this year’s theme, “Seat Belts Are Always in Season.”
“Art Club members worked very well together to design and paint the huge plow with an important message,” commented Mrs. Christeleit. “ALWAYS wear your seat belt, and look for our plow design once the snow starts flying!”
