PT Students Visit Latin American Cultural Center

Members of Penn-Trafford High School’s Science National Honor Society (SNHS) enjoyed the nice weather on February 23 and took a field trip down to Oakland to tour the newly-opened Latin American Cultural Center.  The students saw exhibits on Latin American culture, history and its influence and impact on our world. They were able to enhance and grow their appreciation for Latin American arts, history, and culture

“This was our first time visiting the museum and we didn't know what to expect,” commented Spanish teachers/SNHS advisors Mrs. Alba and Mrs. Stoup.  “To say that it exceeded our expectations would be a gross understatement. It was incredible, interactive, captivating, and overall an extraordinary experience.”
