Students Design Fun and Games

Two teams of students from Penn-Trafford High School participated in the Game Design Challenge which was hosted by Burrell High School in early February.  The object of the challenge was to develop games with the theme of ‘Time,’ and do so within a 2-hour time limit.  Ten teams from across Westmoreland County took part in the event.  After designing their games, the students play-tested and evaluated each other's games.

In the end, the PT team of Victoria Davis, Mark Harris, Kate Malley, Delena Steimer and Teresa Steffens were awarded first-place overall for their work.
