Penn-Trafford High School Holds Job and Opportunity Fair for Students

Students at Penn-Trafford High School attended a job fair that was held during their lunch periods in April.  The event was organized by school counselor Mr. Hunter Owen, teacher Ms. Kathy Kelly-Garris, and students in the Media Internship class.

Representatives from the Laurel Highlands Workforce and Opportunity Center provided a workshop to help students develop skills to attain a job.  Seventeen organizations attended and provided literature and applications for students seeking jobs.  Over four hundred students took advantage of the fair.
