Teresa Campbell-Steffens, a junior at Penn-Trafford High School, recently participated in the PMEA All-State Concert Band, which was comprised of students from the 6 regions of PMEA. The All-State Concert Band was under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Helmich, Director of Bands at Slippery Rock University.
Teresa, who plays the oboe, is the first Penn-Trafford High School student to advance as an All-State musician since 2018, and is now eligible to audition for the National Association for Music Education's All-East Festival which will be held in Rochester, NY, in March of 2023.
