There was great excitement in the communities of Penn Township, Trafford, and Penn Boro this week as school buses took to the roads, kids posed for photos in their new outfits, and cafeteria staff fired up the ovens. Penn-Trafford’s first day of school began for the district’s 3,900+ students on Thursday, August 26.
